BodyTite is performed using technology within the InMode Ignite Platform. After your doctor makes a small incision, a specialized cannula is carefully positioned beneath the skin. The device delivers controlled RF energy to the treatment area, helping to liquefy unwanted fat while stimulating collagen production and encouraging skin contraction.
Depending on the area you wish to treat and the extent of your goals, your procedure can last between 2 and 4 hours. Our providers prioritize your physical and emotional comfort, so we answer all your questions before administering your anesthesia.
As your collagen levels rise and your body flushes out melted fat cells, you’ll notice improvements in your physique and skin’s firmness. Your results gradually build in the months after treatment, offering lasting, natural improvements.
Most patients do not find the process painful. At JK Med Spa, our doctor uses local anesthesia and gentle, precise techniques to minimize any discomfort during the procedure. You may experience some warmth or pressure, but no sharp pain. The area may be slightly tender for a few days after treatment, but most people return to their normal routine within 3 days.
While BodyTite offers fat reduction and skin tightening, our other body contouring treatments, like Evolve Transform and truSculpt iD, offer muscle-toning as well. While neither approach is “better” than the other, we’ll help you decide which route aligns with your needs during your consultation and may suggest combining technologies.
Once we’ve liquified fat cells and your body has removed them, they’re gone for good. However, prioritizing healthy eating and exercise habits is key to maintaining your results, as you can develop new fat cells—requiring additional treatment.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
