After treatment, stay away from dark-colored food and drinks to avoid staining your teeth, especially during the first 48 hours. This includes red wine, coffee, and other beverages with red, blue, and brown dyes. After the first 2 days, we recommend using a straw to drink these beverages to minimize direct contact with your teeth. Otherwise, sticking to good oral hygiene habits and scheduling touch-up teeth whitening treatments as needed helps you maintain your results long-term.
